Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of the cafe. In addition, kitchen managers ensure that Hard Rock culinary standards are upheld: the food looks good and is cooked properly, the proportions are correct, and it is cooked and served quickly.

The kitchen manager should also have an understanding of the Cafe's budget, control costs, manage staff schedules, develop and train the kitchen team, and ensure the highest standars of hygene amongst others.
