As a job seeker, you have two ways to use the curriculum vitae function of MisterHoreca:
 
Non accessible curriculum vitae:
You can make your CV non accessible by clicking "no" when asked if your CV should be visible. This means that your resume will be stored in our CV database but can not be accessed by potential employers. However, you can use your resume stored in our CV database to add it to applications if you apply online in response to one of the job offers on the website MisterHoreca. You can add a CV accessible or currently not accessible. Non accessible CV is not disclosed and can not be found. It is just a kind of support to your application, stored electronically. The data contained therein will not be disclosed in any form whatsoever, to others. Please note that a CV attached to an application will be sent to a potential employer as a link rather than as a picture. Therefore, any subsequent changes in your CV will also change the version that has been transferred to a potential employer. We can not, of course, exclude the possibility that the employer records and stores your resume as a picture in his own databases.
You can make it accessible by modifying your CV and ticking "yes" to the question "Do you agree that your resume is seen by potential employers?"
 
Accessible Curriculum vitae:
You can make your resume accessible by clicking "yes" when asked if your CV should be visible. This means that you accept that your resume is viewable. When you click "yes" you give a prospective employer permission to receive your CV. All employers and recruiters with access to our accessible CV database will have access to your resume. We can not influence, nor can be held accountable for retention, use or confidentiality of your resume once it is in possession of an employer or recruiter. Please keep this in mind if you record details of former employers or current employers or if you use the free text frames.

You can disable your resume at any time to prevent access to it by modifying your CV. However, it will remain in the system so that you can attach it to your online applications. Of course you can also delete your resume completely from the system at any time.
We naturally can not accept any responsibility regarding the treatment of your confidential data by employers. Keep this in mind when you record personal data on your resume or if you give out personal information to an employer. 
 

Illegal Content
 

Please note that you, alone, are responsible for all the texts introduced into our system or sent to us (e.g. to be transferred to employers). Please make sure you do not send attachments containing viruses or worms if the employer has chosen to be contacted by mail. The personal details provided to MisterHoreca must not contain: details relating to diseases, pregnancy, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, participation in trade unions, health and sexual orientation, defamatory or libellous information, information not directly related to the job profile. The information you send us must not infringe the copyright, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights, break the law in general, the Competition Act in particular or any other regulations. It also covers official regulations, the rights of third parties in general or public measures ("illegal content"). Please note that you agree to prosecution for any complaints filed against us as a result of your failure to avoid the presence of illegal content in the information you provide. However, we will be vigilant to such content by offering to change it accordingly or withdraw it but we can not guarantee this service. So you remain responsible for the content of your information. 
 

Who handles your data? 
 
Our website is hosted by MisterHoreca, Rue de la Vallée de l'Ourthe, 61a - 6680 Sainte-Ode, who also controls the treatment. The servers are guarded by Cybernet, Rue P. Michaux, 59, 4683 Vivegnis, Belgium. These companies are responsible for processing your data. MisterHoreca works with Cybernet to provide its services. With whom do we share your personal data? 
 
Resumes are available for consultation by customers of MisterHoreca (usually employers or recruiters). They may also be sent by email or on paper to interested customers to increase the rate of reach and response. MisterHoreca can be reached directly via the website or via simple or qualified links with partners in collaboration with MisterHoreca on the Internet. The MisterHoreca customer may be outside Belgium or even outside the European Union, which may cause data transfer to these countries. You give your unconditional agreement to such a transfer to countries outside the European Union. We will only disclose your personal information once you have activated it. We will not disclose any data if you have saved a CV not accessible. MisterHoreca is entitled to refuse its services at any time or delete your data without prior notice. You have no right to require publication of your data. 

 
Cookies
