As our Senior Maitre D’hotel, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Plein Publiek Brussels. From ensuring top-notch service to managing and train a young team, you'll lead with finesse and a touch of flair.

- Steer the ship: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Captain the crew: Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team to ensure peak performance.
- Keep the ship afloat: Manage inventory, equipment, and operational policies to enhance efficiency.

--> What You Bring to the Table: <--
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maitre D'hotel or similar role
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in French, English, and Dutch
* Ability to train and mentor others
