We are passionate about pairing our unique brews with exciting, bold flavors, and we're looking for a talented Tacos Chef to join our team and help us elevate the food experience at our Dansaert taproom.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Tacos Cook who is creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about Mexican street food. As the Tacos Chef, you will be responsible for crafting a fresh and exciting taco menu that complements our range of craft beers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, prepare, and cook a variety of tacos and related dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients and innovative flavor combinations.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Manage inventory, with a focus on sourcing local and ethical products, maintaining proper stock levels.
• Keep a clean, well-organized kitchen in compliance with AFSCA regulations and HACCP standards.
• Collaborate with the taproom team to provide excellent customer service and pair dishes with our craft beers.
• Adapt the menu based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients.

Profil

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a cook, preferably with tacos or Mexican cuisine.
• Passion for street food and creating bold, authentic flavors.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Up-to-date with AFSCA rules and HACCP
